Bloom Terms of Use

Last updated: 7 October 2026

These terms apply when you use Bloom, the app and website at bloom-tracking.com ("Bloom", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Bloom, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.

The short version. Bloom is a wellness and planning app, not medical care and not contraception. Subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until you cancel there. Your data is yours, and you can delete it at any time.

1. Who can use Bloom

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required where you live. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need the permission of a parent or guardian to use Bloom and to buy a subscription.

2. Bloom is not medical advice

Bloom offers general wellness and educational information based on common cycle patterns and what you log. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it isn't a substitute for advice from your doctor, midwife or another qualified professional. Predictions of your period, ovulation or fertile days are estimates and must not be used as contraception or to plan or avoid pregnancy. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact emergency services straight away.

3. Your account

You need an account to use Bloom. Keep your sign-in details secure and let us know if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Profile → Delete account.

4. Subscriptions, free trials and billing

5. Bloom AI

Bloom AI writes replies and plans from a summary of what you have logged and the goals you chose. Its answers are generated automatically: they can be incomplete or wrong, and they are general wellness information, not medical advice. Use your own judgment, and check anything about your health with a professional. Please don't use Bloom AI to create anything unlawful or harmful, or try to get around its limits. We may limit how many requests each account can make each day.

6. Your content

What you log and write in Bloom belongs to you. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run Bloom for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. This permission ends when you delete it or your account, apart from copies in backups, which are cleared on our provider's routine cycle.

7. Using Bloom fairly

Please don't misuse Bloom. That includes trying to access other people's accounts or data, interfering with or overloading the service, copying, reverse-engineering or reselling the app, or using it in a way that breaks the law.

8. Our app and brand

The Bloom app, its design, text, illustrations and name belong to us. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial use while these terms apply.

9. If you got Bloom from the App Store

Your licence to use the iPhone app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple is not responsible for Bloom or its content and has no duty to provide support for it.

10. Changes to Bloom and these terms

We keep improving Bloom, so features may change. We may update these terms; we will change the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, give you notice in the app. If you keep using Bloom after a change, the new terms apply.

11. Ending your use of Bloom

You can stop using Bloom and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. Sections 2, 6 and 12 continue to apply after your account is closed.

12. Our responsibility to you

We work hard to keep Bloom accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions you make based on Bloom's estimates or Bloom AI's answers, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
