The period tracker that plans

You’re not inconsistent.

Your energy, mood and focus follow a pattern through your menstrual cycle. Bloom tracks your period and phases, shows you the pattern, then helps you plan around it.

Bloom’s home screen on day 9, the follicular phase: a ring showing the cycle day, a line from Bloom about rising energy, and cards for the next period and today’s check-in.

Your menstrual cycle

Maybe you’re cyclical.

Four hormonal phases (menstrual, follicular, ovulation and luteal) shape your energy, mood and appetite. See the shape of your month, and the hard days stop being a surprise.

Understand it

Four phases, not a countdown.

Bloom reads where you are today and what it’s good for. If your period is late, it says so.

Cycle syncing, made practical

Most trackers predict. Bloom plans.

A typical tracker

“Your period is expected in 4 days.”

Bloom
Luteal · Day 22

Energy usually dips now and appetite runs higher. Finish things rather than start them.

Plan around it

One focus per phase. One nudge a day.

Choose the one thing that matters this phase. Bloom keeps it above your week and reminds you once, gently, in your own words.

The Focus page: a luteal-phase focus, ‘Go to bed by ten’, held above today’s meals, movement and commitments.

It learns from you

The textbook says one thing. Your body might say another.

Log your energy, mood and symptoms in a few taps. Bloom compares it with what your phase usually brings, and tells you what it noticed.

Logging a day in Bloom: the sheet opens on “How’s today treating you?”, then an energy slider set to moderate, mood chips with Calm and Sensitive selected, and symptom chips for Bloating and Cravings.
Bloom’s reply to a check-in: what your body is usually doing in the luteal phase, what you reported today, a few possible reasons, and three things to try, each with a button to add it to a day in your plan.

Ask anything. It answers from your own days.

Meal plans, workouts, why you’re hungrier this week. Every answer starts from your phase and your logs, and every plan is yours to edit before it lands.

The whole way

Cycle. Pregnancy. Postpartum. One Bloom.

When life changes, switch modes: from cycle tracking to a week-by-week pregnancy tracker, then postpartum recovery. Your history and your habits come with you.

Before you start

What are the four phases of the menstrual cycle?

Menstrual (your period), follicular, ovulation and luteal. Each brings its own shift in hormones, and with it changes in energy, mood and appetite. The day ranges on this page are for a typical 28-day cycle; Bloom works from your own cycle length and what you log.

What is cycle syncing?

Planning your food, movement, work and rest around the phase you’re in, instead of expecting every week to feel the same. Bloom makes it practical: one focus per phase, a simple plan for your days, and one gentle reminder a day.

Does Bloom work if my cycle is irregular?

Yes. Bloom reads from what you log and says plainly when it is estimating. Its read sharpens as you log more cycles, and a late period is handled honestly rather than guessed.

Can Bloom predict my period and ovulation?

Bloom estimates your next period and your likely ovulation window from your cycle length and what you log, and the estimates get sharper as you track more cycles. They are estimates, not certainties, and Bloom must not be used as birth control.

Is Bloom a medical app?

No. Bloom is a wellness and planning companion. It doesn’t diagnose or treat anything, and it isn’t a substitute for your doctor or midwife. The fertility signs you can log are for your own awareness, not for contraception.

How does Bloom AI work?

Ask it about your cycle, energy, food or plans. It answers from a summary of your phase, your recent logs and the goals you chose, and any plan it drafts is yours to edit before it lands. It is a wellness assistant, not a doctor: it can get things wrong, and anything that worries you belongs with a healthcare professional.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your data is kept in your own account, is never sold or shared with advertisers, and is never used to train AI models. You can delete your account and everything in it from Settings at any time. Our privacy policy has the details.

How much does Bloom cost?

Bloom is free for 14 days, then $59.99 a year (about $4.99 a month) or $6.99 a month. Prices are in US dollars; the App Store or Google Play may show local pricing and tax.

What happens after the 14 days?

Your subscription starts on the plan you chose and renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, from Settings inside Bloom or from your App Store or Google Play account, and you won’t be charged.

Can I use it through pregnancy and after?

Yes. Pregnancy and postpartum modes are included, and your history carries across. When your cycle returns, so does cycle mode.
